Below are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about DATKEY
DATKEY is a small-batch resin art studio specializing in handcrafted artisan keycaps, glowing resin lamps, and unique décor pieces. Every item is individually sculpted, poured, and polished by hand — blending themes from gaming, anime, nature, and the cosmos into carefully crafted pieces made with obsessive attention to detail.
Our artisan keycaps are designed for mechanical keyboards using MX-style cross stems. Please check the compatibility notes on each product page before ordering.
Use a soft microfiber cloth lightly dampened with warm water or a mild glass cleaner to gently wipe the surface. Avoid alcohol-based products or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dull and damage the resin’s polished finish.
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days internationally. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
If your order arrives with a manufacturer defect or damage caused during shipping, we offer a full 1-for-1 replacement within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with photos and keep the original packaging and accessories.
We consider custom requests case by case. Send your theme, character, or concept through our contact page and we’ll confirm feasibility based on the idea and our current studio workload.
We aren’t a factory—we are a family of artisans dedicated to perfecting every pour, every tint, and every polish.
